Monthly Recap — A Big January for Backstage
Hello, Backstagers! We hope you’re doing well.
January has been an incredible month for Backstage. We’ve been working around the clock as we meet development milestones and approach our IDO. Apart from focusing on roadmap milestones, we’ve signed several partnerships in January, and now have notable partners across the world.
Even though we are celebrating our progress, there is still much work to be done. We’re very happy with everything we have been able to accomplish up until now. We want you all to know that this could not be done without the support of our incredible Backstage community.
Now, let’s go over what happened in January and take a look at what’s ahead.
3 Key Partnership Deals
Last month, Backstage announced three major partnerships. With this, the company successfully added new members to the community and unlocked new growth avenues for the Backstage project. With such cooperations, Backstage is well on the way to bringing the crypto revolution to the entertainment industry.
Backstage joined forces with Society Icon, an all-in-one micro-influencer platform specializing in connecting influencers and other content creators with popular brands and campaigns. Society Icon has close ties with popular brands like Live Nation, Universal Music, Dior, L’Oreal, IKEA, Carlsberg, Hugo Boss, Volvo, Burger King and H&M. Backstage feels this partnership will be very beneficial for both companies. While Society Icon will be able to tap into the wealth and innovation of the crypto space, Backstage can leverage Society Icon’s audience to expand its global reach.
Backstage formed an alliance with Momentchp, an interactive agency that specializes in creating relevant content for exclusive marketing campaigns. Momentchp is located in Denmark, a crypto-friendly country. The partnership will help Backstage increase its market presence and potentially attract new investors.
Sun & Snow Festival
Backstage will serve as the crypto and NFT ticketing partner for Sun & Snow Festival, an event held in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Spain. The festival unites music lovers and snow sports enthusiasts. For the event, Backstage will put its NFT ticketing concept to work. This event will serve as a proof of concept for Backstage and could help make us a leader in NFT ticketing. This partnership made headlines in the crypto world, with the likes of AMB Crypto announcing this partnership!
Exclusive Inner Circle Contest Winners Announcement
In early January, our team announced the winners of the Backstage Exclusive Inner Circle Contest. Backstage launched a GiveLab campaign to celebrate the amazing work done throughout 2021. The contest started on December 15 and went through December 25. It was a huge success, with thousands of entries.
Backstage Unveils the Platform in Detail
Our team thought it was important to disclose a bit more information on the Backstage’s platform — The STAGE. A series of three explanatory articles were posted about The STAGE’s three key components:
- The Backstage Marketplace — our financial square where businesses will be conducted using our utility token $BKS; it will help the events economy prosper
- The Backstage Launchpad — our own Kickstarter version for the events and entertainment industry; it will revolutionize how events are funded
- The Backstage Crypto POS Wallet — our token wallet service refined with advanced financial features such as stacking; it will help provide liquidity and financial efficiencies for the industry
2022: The First Quarter Ahead
We plan to hit some major milestones this quarter too, including:
- Website version 2 release
- BKS marketplace launch
- NFT ticketing integration
- Public IDO
